Despicable service from cashier to management

Extremely disappointing service at MRP Home Wonderboom. From the very first moment, the attitude from the gentleman at the till—who wasn’t even assisting me—was unbelievable. From cashier to manager, the overall attitude was dismissive and at times aggressive when I tried to process a return paid via contactless tap. The issue was eventually handled, but with no communication, no professionalism, and no clarity on when I’ll receive my refund. Despicable service.
