Despicable Service

Terrible call center service

I placed an online order at a branch, was promised that my order would be delivered within 5 to 7 days. Well the 7 days lapsed, in the interim I went to the store to enquire on the whereabouts of my order, only to be told it's in shipping. Called the useless call center was advised that it's with the courier, and an e-mail would be sent to me, as well as a SMS, well... I am still waiting on that. A few days later called again was told that, it's still with the courier!!! I have placed orders delivered from CT to JHB in 3 days and this courier cannot deliver in the space of 2 weeks. Oh yes, and I was told to "wait for an email and SMS"... still waiting!! I went back to the branch, and requested that it be cancelled and my money refunded, only to be told by the branch manager that she cannot do so without head office approval. She then called the Call center and spoke to Legogo, who finally dropped the call on her, and said she would put through a cancellation request, and again I was told that I need to wait on an email. WELL, NO E-MAIL YET!

Initially I was advised that all orders need to be paid upfront to be couriered from another branch. Now that I requested a cancellation, and my money back, so I can go to a branch that actually has the item I need, I have been told I just cannot get my money back... 48hours to receive an email, acknowledging my cancellation and offering me a voucher.

The service from Mr. Price home call center is despicable to say the least, and nobody takes accountability. I will never buy another online order from Mr Price Home, it's just not worth the headache, and struggle.

What now? I keep calling and waiting??
