Delivery Promise - Lies!!!

I made an online order on the 19 August 2017. I paid for an economy delivery that was said to deliver within 5-7 working days. Its been over 10 "working" days now and still no delivery. I called Mr Price Home on Wednesday 30 August to enquire about my order and they told me its STILL in transit from Durban and would PROBABLY get delivered by latest Friday 1st September. Friday came and still no delivery. I called again Friday afternoon and the lady told me its in Bloemfontein with their courier. I live in East London by the way. I asked when I can expect my delivery and she couldn't tell me. She couldn't even get hold of the courier. This is very frustrating. Mr Price Home did not even have the decency to update me of these delays and let me know when delivery will take place. Its been 3 weeks now waiting for an order that I don't even know when it will come. So much for "5-7 working day delivery". Its such a ****!!!! It was my first online purchase at Mr Price Home and if this is how they do things then this will be the last purchase I'll ever make there. And I'll be sure to spread the word.

I ordered 2 couches from Mr Price Home. A 3 seater couch and a 1 seater. I received a delivery yesterday afternoon (4 September 2017 after 3 weeks of waiting) of the Carnaby 3 Seater Sofa I ordered. However, the Centre leg hole is too big for the leg and therefore can not support it. So the couch delivered to me actually does not have proper supports for it. Also, the 1 seater Lincoln Button Tub Chair that I ordered WITH the 3 seater sofa was not delivered and the courier people said they had not received it. Imagine my panic and frustration only later to discover that my second sofa was sent to Bloemfontein BY MISTAKE. They only delivered it this afternoon (5 September 2017). So now finally both my couches are here but what about the 3 seater leg that is incorrect? Even though its here I can't even use it because I fear it might collapse!!!! Mr Price Home Online is such a disappointed!!! I'm even ready to just get my money back now. Its really not worth it.
