Delivery not made, no help from supplier

My parcel was picked up on 2 April 2024, its been weeks and its still not delivered. Contact with City Logistics courier has been "it will be delivered today" so many times, and every day has been the same thing... no delivery! I live in a main area, not remotely, and the delivery should have been made already as its a medium size. Contact with MrP home has also been that the parcel was handed over to the courier and will be delivered soon...Crickets! MrP Home selected this company, I had to pay for the courier costs, I had to pay for the items, and after weeks I still don't have anything to show for it.
