Delivery not done on time

I placed an online order 10 days ago with MrP home only part of the order was received upon me trying to track the order with the delivery company I am then told that the delivery placement was done today and I can receive the order latest by Monday of which MrP had said the latest I can reveive the order is 27 July 2020..
