Delivery Did Not Arrive on Scheduled Date

After calling twice to confirm delivery of a furniture item (on Saturday 12.9) and being told twice it was in transit - it never arrived. No call. No notification of non delivery. Nothing. An entire day lost just waiting for a delivery that never came. The service is so disappointing.
