Delivery charge shock
I ordered items online. Most chainstores have a minimum order requirement and then provide free delivery. Can't believe that I had to pay for delivery. Additionally the turnaround time for delivery is long. Normally you wait approximately 5 business days. This is a whole 7 business day week.
