Delivered--Or Not
On 16 Sep I placed an order with Mr Price Home online. On 22 Sep my order status changed to \delivered"when it had not been delivered. On 23 Sep I contacted the call centre and was told that the courier had tried to deliver but no one had been here at the time. The courier company would call me. By 25 Sep I had heard nothing from the courier company so I commented on the Facebook page and was told the matter would be handled. Today (28 Sep)"
