Delivered Broken item and not refunding

<p>I accepted a parcel from MRPHome online and the item was broken! Immediately I logged the return on the website and stipulated that the item is broken. Well they fail to refund me for the broken vase because they claim I did not inform them! Well they should go read their website where I specified that it arrived broken So now I lose money. I am so disappointed in MRPHome I will never purchase from them again if they cannot fulfil an order with a FIXED vase. </p>
