Delaying My Order and Tracking Issues

I am extremely disappointed with the service regarding my order placed on 01 May 2026. The estimated delivery date has been postponed multiple times, and as of today, 13 May 2026, my order status is still showing as “shipped” with no further update.

What is more frustrating is that when I try to track the order using the order number, I continuously receive errors. This level of service is unacceptable, especially with the lack of communication and transparency.

Please urgently provide a clear update on my order and advise when I can expect delivery.
