Delayed Delivery/ No feedback

I placed an online order for a 500 Thread Count Standard Pillowcase on 15 January 2018. The Store Express delivery was selected, indicating delivery between 1 - 3 working days. Furthermore, I paid an additional Shipping and Handling fee of R35.00 to have the purchase delivered to the Greenpoint store within the provided period. I have not received the product, a whopping 5 working days later. Neither have I received an indication of when I can expect my product; in addition to enquiring about this in-store on 20 January 2018 (to no avail). I would sincerely appreciate URGENT FEEDBACK, and an indication of when I will receive my order, which was duly paid for.
