Defective furniture sold at Mr Price Home Menlyn

Mr Price Home Menlyn has unfortunately proven once again that quality and basic values are non existent within their ethos. Having purchased a 4 seater Oxford desk table only to find it was damaged when the packaging was opened was frustrating. What made it worse was that they eventually delivered a new table which was also damaged. They then glued it and expected me not to see that the batch was defective. After having had the product for just 12 hrs. Clearly a company that aims to generate revenue without any foresight of the impact of de*****ing a customer. I am yet to receive my refund.
