Defective Blinds

I recently ordered blinds online, the blinds were installed using an adhesive only for me notice the blinds are damaged once opened! These blinds cannot be removed as the wall will be removed with it!!! So what exactly should I do???? This is just frustrating because I do understand the blinds are not the greatest quality but I do expect them to serve a purpose without issues!
