DEEPLY FRUSTRATED, IF ONLY I KNEW!!!

I seriously don't even know where to start, but one things for sure, if only I read the reviews first I wouldn't have bothered to buy online! At this point I would rate them 0 if the option was there!

But then again, it was never my plan because on Saturday the 3rd of September I went to Mr Price Home in the Grove to buy 2 Via Delle Pedestal Blush. The lady in the shop then told me they only had 1, and she advised that I purchase it online. She then placed the order for me and I paid at the store. The order card said it would arrive by the 13th September to be picked up at Mr Price Home Menlyn. On that date (2 days ago), I never received any communication, I called several times and was assisted by Ntsika, who told me that the order is with the courier and she promised to send me an email with an update, NOTHING STILL! Later that same day, Minenhle was rude and told me Ntsika has already escalated the matter and apparently it takes 24 hours for feedback. 24 hours later, on the 14th I called again and Zinhle told me she would also escalate the matter! Not sure how many times this will be "escalated", all I want is my order to arrive for collection OR my money back!!!
