Deeply disappointed

I am deeply disappointed with my first online order from Mr Price Home. Loving their products I decided to purchase an office chair for my new home. Purchased on the 18th of August, delivery date 28 August, got an email on the 19th that it is already on the way to the store. It is now 9 September and nothing yet. Multiple conversations and empty promises. No delivery yet, nothing. I am very disappointed.
