I purchased a couch from Mr Price Home for collection from the their branch at retail crossing. I received a message saying the couch was collected.

This is the second time in two months that this has happened. I do not understand how a store can release goods twice to the incorrect person. What evidence do they ask for? Who signs for these goods?
