Damaged vegetable rack arrived, no response after emails have been sent

It is with great disappointment that I write this review This is the first time I am making use of MRP Home online and the service I received has been poor. My delivery happened at approximately 8:07 this morning 09/07/2020. The driver knocked on the door, asked who Naydine was, left the box at the door, ran to his delivery bakkie and drove away. I never checked my package in front of him or signed any document. Upon opening the box I realised why he didn’t want me to check the order, it’s because it was damaged, as I unwrapped the box the one leg fell out of the unit fell out, it laid loose and was not cling-wrapped with the rest of the material. I have sent an email to MRP Home online help website, no acknowledgement of my email has been sent to me, 6 hours after I have sent the email. I want this damaged item collected today still please, and I want the product that I ordered to be delivered to me ASAP.
