Damaged items - again

Worst experience ever. We've ordered a bookshelf back in April, when it got delivered it was damaged. They took it back immediately. Then the fun starts, we had to make numerous follow up calls to get a replacement. They will call you back which almost never happens. Then got the replaced bookshelf, guess what, it is damaged again.

DON'T EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM, FURNITURE IS SUB-STANDARD AND SERVICE IS BAD!!!!!
