Damaged deliveries
I ordered a white duvet cover and although receiving it quite quick, it was delivered dirty - brown marks all over it. I took a chance and washed it and fortunately the marks got out. However, I put in a second order for a shelf this time and it was damaged! Not sure if its the delivery guy's driving or what, but I do not recommended ordering online.
