Damage goods delivered

On the 6th of October, a ladder shelf was delivered from mr price home to my workplace. I paid for assembly.<br> The courier company assembled the product , then realised it was damaged so they contacted their supervisor and the item was returned to the warehouse. I then emailed mr price helpline and requested that the item be refunded and not replaced. Order ***.<br> <br> To date, and after numerous emailes to the helpline, the standard message i am receiving is \" We are trying to locate your item and after it is returned
