Customers are just a number in their books

<p>I received my January statement and made 2 payments, before the 7th, which would have settled my account and set it in advance. Now, conveniently, their system shows my payments to be late. Now the consultant says that they "advise" customers to pay by the 2nd. According to me, my account was paid in full and I wanted it to be closed. However, nowhere on their website will you find an email address that actually works. "***" does not work either. Now I am being threatened by email and sms. OBVIOUSLY YOUR CUSTOMERS ARE ONLY NUMBERS IN YOUR BOOKS! I am truly disappointed.</p>
