Credit rating

<p>So guess what, after posting on 11 Dec 2015 about my payment dated 30 Nov 2015 which was allocated then reversed due to a problem on MRP's side and receiving confirmation that it's been rectified, I drew my ITC report today. This information was NEVER updated with the credit beuraus and my account relects as 30 days late on my credit report. This after I was promised it was rectiefied!!! I have lodged a complaint with the credit beurau and the next one will be with the NCR. Due to a ***** up on YOUR side my credit profile is now affected. I want this rectified immediately</p>
