**** ONLINE SERVICE- Be weary for Black friday

So I purchased items online on 4 November 2017. So after hearing nothing for 10 days, I decided to email customer support. After waiting 2 days I finally received a response from them indicating that "SOMEHOW" my sale wasn't recorded on their system... Do bear in mind that they have already taken the R864 from my bank account on 4 November... Then I receive an email from a Samantha Coopsamy, who now indicated that some of the items I purchased in NOW out of stock... So I emailed this woman to tell her to cancel my order as the main items I required are now apparently out of stock, and still up to now absolutely NO response from them from the 16th of November as I want a refund. SO EVERYBODY WHO'S THINKING OF PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM THEIR ONLINE STORE DON'T!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If their system cannot handle 1 sale on a saturday night, imagine what will happen on black friday....
