COUCH NOT EVEN 3 MONTHS OLD BUT BROKEN
I bought a Couch in August, it broke and was replaced by December. We now in January and again the new couch is now broken. I reported the matter via their WhatsApp platform and spoke to a guy by the name of Siphamandla who closed my complaint before it was resolved.
