Couch delivered with no Legs

I ordered a couch and bookshelf online at Mr Price Home, I requested specifically that the items be assembled and even paid the assembly fee, the items were delivered in my absence besides the fact that the courier company-City Couriers called me early to inform that they will be delivering at 6 PM, I was home by 3 PM, and my furniture was already delivered. To my surprise, the bookshelf was assembled, the couch was still in plastics, and there were no legs. I am very angry because I am studying and cannot have my place in such a mess, boxes, plastics and a couch sitting on the floor, after a battle between the couriers ( I spoke to Malcolm) And Mr Price Home at quality assurance ( I spoke to Daniel), I was informed that the legs will be delivered, but only two days after delivery of the furniture, I want my assemble money, but thats not all, I had to call endlessly between the courier and Mr Price, and even had to take time off work. I find it insensitive for Mr Price to deliver an item without legs, I have done online orders from other online retailers, but never experienced such. This was my worst expesrience ever.
