Couch delivered with MISSING COMPONENTS, NO FEEDBACK from Mr Price Home within their promised turnaround time!!!

I bought a couch that I saw in store at Mr Price but I purchased it online with the help of the store assistant. This couch is like an L-shaped couch so it is 2 separate couches which need to be combined by the use of a hook or clip which is on both couches. When they delivered it didn't have this hook which is an essential component of the couch. I notified Mr Price Home via email, whatsapp and phone call. On whatsapp I was told I'd have feedback with 24-48 hours which hasn't happened, when I called the agent assisting me almost started the process afresh with me asking me to send the images which I had already sent. She then spoke with the first agent who assisted me and and the feedback was that, 'There should've been feedback now, they don't know why it's taking long'. This is so inconvenient and annoying. I want this sorted asap but I don't think Mr Price Home is prioritizing this, I paid for this cash, they didn't have to chase me for my payment therefore I shouldn't have to chase Mr Price Home to rectify this ASAP, when will I get what I bought???
