Corkwood Store Eastern Cape - POOR, JUST POOR

I think the staff's will to work got lost along the way when they relocated to their new premises in Corkwood Mall. I just feels like they don't feel like helping. When they do help, if you can call it that, checking if there are items in stock, saying that there is, but they can't find it in their own store which they stocked themselves... Then you have to look yourself, only to find the items they had no clue where they placed. The manager also seems demotivated... It also sucks when you want to return an item, but they don't have money in the till? I mean seriously? No really, the store looks much better but the staff got much worse.
