COOPERATE MR PRIZE HOME SELFISHNESS

I would like to express my highly disappoinment on this purchase, the shaker I bought comes out with no cap, Store consultant name assisted me was Luyanda Mhlali, I phoned the store, Manager name Sphelele Ndaba couldn't assist, I tried several times calling Area Manager Naimi, no answer, I phoned customer service agent Bongekile Sibiya called the store together they fail to assist me.

This is not my fault, secondly I need the complete or the missing cap immediately as I have a Gig booking on the coming Surtaday 15/03/2025. I need to use the Shaker.

I have advice them of the emergency to resolve this matter and also offered to pay for the courrier service if they can send the missing cap, however they refuse my resolution suggestion.

I would like to request this matter to escalated into another higher level of authority with an immediate effect and kindly treat it as an emergency.
