Complaint on poor dishonest response and service from branch manager

I purchased 5 pieces of furniture from MRP home on the 16/11/2024 and no delivery made. I followed up on the 22/11/2024 and spoke to the branch manager Blessing. He made many false promises to investigate and call back power he failed to do so I had to call him back several times instead. He then advised that delivery will be made by 12pm and he will call me to check. He once again ****. I called back around 4pm and was unable to get through as my call was blocked/ ended. I then calked the centre management and requested assistance. He called and advised that he will check with the courier and call back. He failed to call back. I then called him back and he advised that the furniture is on the truck however it's raining!. Another lie no rain in kzn. I asked why didn't he call back at midday as promised and his response was he's was too busy! I will be going into the store to obtain my refund. MRP please ensure you employ efficient staff in Management to ensure the branch and clients are serviced well. It's shocking that Management was unsuccessful in providing a service on a large transaction!
