Complaint

No service!!! Tried to apply for account online - unsuccessful because site stops at a certain spot and you cannot go to next page. Went to Mr P Home Whale coast mall on 6 August to apply in store. Application was completed and faxed with payslip and copy of ID. No response. Went to inquire on 9 August again and no application was received. Faxed it again.,

This morning - phone remains busy at store in Whale coast mall. Head office no *** rings non stop and no one answers the phone.

Even though the ladies at Mr Price Home Whale coast mall were very friendly, it is a shame that they work for an *********** company, letting them down. I still have not had a yeh nor neh. This is extremely pathetic.
