Complain treated unfairly by Mr price home staff @ pavilion durban

I bought a kettle @ Mr price home in pavilion on the 08/09/2024 @ first it was working perfectly fine, bt now gave me problems when I plug it tripped the power, so I went back to them with slip in order for them to help bt they refused they call a so called supervisor he wasn't interested in helping me rude arrogant. The treatment I recieved was very poor plz help me nd sort ur staff know how to treat a customer especially the guy called Siya he s so arrogant I ll never ever buy @ Mr price home anymore
