Claims no stock yet item available online but at h

I visited this store twice during the last couple of months as I was interested in the Europa dining table they have on display. Upon enquiry they said they have no stock of the item and that they don't know when they will get or if they will get again. I offered to buy the one on display, but they said they cannot. I also checked the online store and couldn't even find the item there. The price was R5500.00. Yesterday I again visited this store and enquired about the table. They again said they have no stock, but they should receive stock in anywhere between 2 to 4 weeks. The price was R5500.00 still. I asked the shop assistant to check other stores and he said its still on the way from China or Japan. I again enquired about buying the one on display and was again told they cant. I twice confirmed that when they do get stock they'll phone me and that the price will be the same, they said it will. Got a electronic voucher this morning from Mr Price. When I visited the online store this morning, the table was in stock, but at R6000.00. So I want to use this voucher, but why the difference in price. And why say theres no stock when there is??
