Chipped table

I bought a table from mr price using my account I have with them. The table was delivered with the chip by their drivers and they said they were gonna log call for a replacement and left the chipped one. I wrote an email to Mr price and was asked to send pics of the table. I did. I was ignored then got an sms telling me my account is overdue because of the damaged table that was delivered. I complained again and to my surprise, the drivers once again brought a table with the chip and they left with it again. So I still have the original damaged table and no call and apology from Mr price
