There is one young lady at your store that leaves customers hanging in store when you ask her for help , Yesterday 01/07/2020 I went to your store at Cape Gate mall , I knew exactly what I wanted , I walk to the back as I wanted a butler tray I see one on display but I wanted 3 , I saw a lady having to fold lots of linen so I rather asked the lady passing to the store room if they had anymore of these trays or of that was the last one , She said she will be back , I got a call an was standing there for 7mins I see her coming out of the back with pillows in her hand looking me dead in the face chatting to her male co worker laughing he asks her have you helped that lady yet she just continues walking , the lady folding all the linen comes over to help me so nice she takes the tray from the display she says she will have to check the system he comes back swiftly says that's the only one asks if I would like it , then folds it for me an helps me put it in the trolley , That is a person you want in your store in this pandemic you want people in an out of your store ASAP and if your staff wants to carry pillows around all day an not come back to customers I have a list of people who would love to work for you , My check out time on my till slip is 14:45:53 get your staff in check .
