Cannot get through to any store nationally

Is there something wrong with the phones at ALL the Mr Price Home stores?? I have tried calling the stores (throughout Cape Town) trying to get assistance but unfortunately it doesn't even ring, goes straight to \we're sorry your call cannot be completed at this time. Please hang up and try again later."<br> <br> How is it possible that so many stores have this problem at the same time?? <br> <br> Thanks"
