WORST ONLINE SHOPPING!... I ordered and paid for items on 1 May 2020 and have still not heard anything. I've sent emails and called multiple times (but they're not taking calls) and even went to my local store but they couldn't do much either. I cant seem to cancel the order either which is just so frustrating. MRP is grossly unprepared and incapable of coping with online demands, yet they keep advertising online shopping- why??
