CAN THE SHOP GET IN THE PROGRAM WITH TECHNOLOGY TO SAVE LIVES.

I got a gift card as a present from my friend in December and I decided to buy online with the card at it kept saying the card is invalid. I called *** to hear what could be the problem as I'm certain that the card hasn't been used before. To my suprise consultant Sphemandla explains that I wont be able to make a purchase with my gift card as it was bought in STORE. I can only buy at the store with it. Like really??? In this pandemic one is forced to go to the store,he even tells me to wait for a year as the card will still be valid. For Heaven sake I'm a Covid survivor and I'm told the only way to get what I want to buy is to go out to the SHOPS. MR PRICE PLEASE THINK ABOUT US,COVID IS DANGEROUS AND I WOULD LIKE TO BUY ONLINE USING MY GIFT CARD.
