Buy from them at your own risk

I have received a terrible service from MPH. I requested to return an item I had purchased online because when I saw it physically I realized it is not what I wanted. They agreed to collect it and refund me. This was in November. Up to today no one has come or contacted me to arrange collection. Worse still when I ask MPH they just say someone will get back to me by end of the day but not one person has ever returned back to me to explain. Personally I wil never buy from them again!
