Mrprice home treating customers very poorly, I ordered a bed in mrprice home STONERIDGE And they said they will do that online but made me to pay R3700 in the voucher and did not explain that the bed is without mattress now I come to collect the say I must buy mattress separately and mattress is R1000 I refused and asked to be refunded my R3700, they say no the money in the voucher cannot be refunded so what must I do they say I must go home they will call me after they spoke with their boss till today no one is calling me and they refuse to give me my money. 15 Jun 2020, 09:45Till to-date no feedback from mrprice home Stoneridge greenstone and had to call the store manager by the name of Mbali and she told me that I will not be refunded my R3700 and there is nothing they can do. Tjo what kind of a store is this! all R3700 gone for nothing
