broken mirros

<p>on the 29th December 2016 I placed an order online with Mr price home and the order was dilevered on the 10th January 2017 order number ********** 21906 . when I recieved my order the mirror (Basic Rectangular 33x123cm Mirror) I had ordered was broken, sent an email to MRP HELP and was assisted by Samukelisiwe Mchunu who was very helpfull and my complaint was sorted by end of the day. I was to receive a new mirror new order number : ********** 23995. the new order was delivered at my flat, the delivery guy didnt contact me he just left the mirror with security. when i got home last night i received my parcel and again the mirrow was broker. so here i am with 2 broken mirrors still wrapped it the bubble wrap just against the wall. Im just too heartbroken to even send another email to them. </p>
