Broken items delivered but not replaced

I bought R5000 worth of vases online (order nr ***) Each and every glass item in the order was delivered smashed to pieces. The items wasn’t even wrapped in bubble wrap, only brown paper. I immediately contacted Mr Price Home but they insist I unpack each broken item for a full length photo. I sent them 3 photos of each box and 2 videos but they were still not satisfied. I invited them to collect the broken items to investigate for themselves which they declined and refused any further help.

This is very disappointing as I have been waiting for these items for a while and none of these items are not available in-store anymore.
