Broken Glass Bowl

Hi,<br> I am disgusted with the feedback from Mr Price Home when I complained that the salad bowl that was given to me as a gift, was broken.<br> I was called by the supervisor and told that their pollicy does not allow them to take back broken glass cos their cashiers make sure it is checked before it leaves the store - NO!!!! Not all your cashiers check. I am been there personally after logging the call, if a box is sealed they DO NOT open the box to see if the glass is damaged. I am uttery disgusted that a beautiful birthday pressie has to go to waste becuase of mr Price incompetence staff.<br> All i asked was for it to be exchanged for something else......so much for CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. Mr Price, you guys suck at customer service!!!!!
