Broken couch

I purchased a couch on the 13 August 2023 online and it was it delivered on the 25 August 2023. According to my knowledge this couch is still under warranty.The couch is broken as we speak and Mr price home is refusing to take responsibility and want us to pay R2618 for them to fix l,but for a price of R12000 Even if the damage was not made by the manufacturer it means that the material that was used was cheap. A couch which is made of a good quality cannot only last for only eight months.

And the other disapointing part from mr price home is that at some point the person who was assisting on the phone claimed that the people who came to fetch the couch to be fixed was not sent by Mr price only to find out he is lying to us
