Blender Return

I went to Mr price home to take back my blender which was stop working yesterday on the 23/10/2022 when I was the cashier called the manager ilse to come and authorize she was very rude to me I'm not if it's because am black am not her first born she can't shouted me like that I was a customer like other customers she even shouted that I'm rude in front of other customers in service desk she didn't want to take the blender back she said they only take it within 6 months an I showed her its written 2 years warranty she said it's not their problem I have to send myself to melleware and it was bought in June she never check my slip correct after she me idiot infront of other customers she notice that was bought in June I want knw does she treated me like that I'm a customer at Mr price
