Best experience ever, thanks to Dimpho.

I just had one of the best experiences shopping at a Mr Price Home store, EVER.

Realising items I had seen online were not exactly what I wanted, the disappointment started setting in as I realised I would have to continue my search. Suddenly, I was met with the most genuine and heart warming smile, and greeted with the friendliest of tones. Dimpho had come to my rescue.

Not only did he help me search shelves, he listened to what my needs were, then showed me to the premium section, finding even better options than what I had originally wanted.

He then went out of his way to assist me in finding the colours, sizes, matching up options, searching the system to ensure there was stock in store. All the while, he had a genuine smile on his face and the friendliest demeanor. He was on point.

I am absolutely blown away by this young man, and just how efficient, professional and friendly he was. Too often we are quick to go to social media when we are disgruntled, but we need to remember to credit those who go out of their way and show so much grace.

Not only did Dimpho find me something better than what I originally wanted, he secured a sale and a very loyal customer, because I won't go back to another branch.
