Be wary of online shopping at Mr Price Home

I have made a cash purchase of a couch from the Eastgate store, included in the payment a delivery fee of R 338.00. Despite being advised that the couch would be delivered within five working days, I to date, remain without my couch. And out of pocket to the value of R 3338.00. My follow ups have fallen on deaf ears and after having been readvised of a delivery date, that date has come and gone.
