Bathroom carpets falling apart after one wash!!

Baught 2 sets of bathroom carpets last week Sunday on the 14th June 2020 at Mr Price Craddle stone mall. A week later I am washing it and it is falling apart what a waste of my money!! Really disappointed in the quality of the carpets, after paying so much money for it!!
