BAD WORKMANSHIP AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

We had a R12 000 rand Couch made to Order at Mr Price Home East Rand Boksburg. We waited 8 weeks for this Couch to be Delivered. Finally when it arrived and we opened the wrapping to check if all was in order (we bought 2 previous Couches that had to be returned because the one's base broke and the others foot was broken off ) We found that this R12 000 rand Couch had no BOLTS, no WASHERS and no Allen key to assemble the feet . We had to make a decision to either send back the Couch and wait another 8 weeks for another one OR run around to get BOLTS and WASHERS and a Allen key to assemble the feet. Customer service representative phoned me and she was sooo sorry for the inconvenience, she was going to phone me back and I knew that will not happen. So for everyone thinking to order a Couch from them make very sure that you check your delivery . My husband has vowed Never to buy anything from them on order again.
