Bad work ethic

I went to buy a few items at Mr Price Home in Irene Mall today - 28 November 2019. On arriving at the till to pay, a was asked to pay at the last till as the women (in plural) at the first till were too busy with whatever to assist me. I walked to the last till, and the woman at the till walked away. One of the women from the first till then came and fetched my items and told me to come back to where I originally was, at the first till. I then left. It is clearly too much effort to help a customer, therefore my money will not be spent there. The lack of work ethic is appalling. There are plenty if unemployed individuals who would love a job, yet of the 4 working here, it appears that they just pass customers off as it is too much effort to attend to one. Mr Price Home, I am disgusted with the poorsl service! Your staff should be trained. No customers, no job. At this branch it is no work, but get paid. Unacceptable.
