Bad services period

I went to Mr price home platinum square, where i found a towel priced R29 and i wanted to purchase it and they told me no tje is no way this towel could be R29 and they called the manager and the manager said to me the is no way she will give me that towel for that price as it is not it's price. So i asked it is not my fault that is price that way someone must put it there and she walked away and how rude of her to walk away on me, i would like to understand that was she implying i put it there or what. One more question for mr price group doesn't your customers pay for what they see or you are not like the other retail stores?
